In 2022, The Let Her Lead Initiative brought together community members driven to support women seeking elected office in local government. It was an inspirational evening that left many filled with hope and commitment

Delaney Ignatieff, Project Director
Delaney Ignatieff is passionate about developing women’s leadership skills. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UBC and a Masters of Management from Sauder School of Business. She is part of a research team that strives for equitable treatment within the healthcare system for individuals who use drugs. In her free time, she plays and coaches ultimate frisbee and has played for Team Canada at the world level. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking, playing hockey, and playing the piano.
Athina Law, Intern
Athina Law is passionate about inspiring young minds to recognize and develop their full potential. She aspires to provide children with the tools necessary to overcome any disabilities they may have in communication, learning, and group interaction through breakthroughs in health sciences. In her free time, she can be found participating in Model United Nations, mentoring pre-teens, researching stem cells, or engrossed in a good book.
